- Marinating: marinating your meat for 24 hours before smoking will prevent it from drying out. Marinate will not only prevent your meat from drying but also provides it with wonderful flavor.
- Brine: brining is the same as marinating, but the only difference is, when we brine meat, it refers to soaking it in saltwater. It will also prevent your meat from drying.
- Wrap your meat in aluminum foil: when a slice of meat is wrapped inside a foil, the foil prevents the meat from drying as it keeps all the moisture entombed inside.
- Cover the whole meat with foil; if any part is left uncovered, the meat will lose its moisture through that particular part of meat.
- Wrap the meat after smoking the meat for a couple of hours, as wrapping it will prevent the moisture from flowing out and prevent smoking flavor to get inside the meat. So, wrap the meat after it has taken the smokey flavor in it.

- Preheat your oven to 350oF temperature.
